I previously provided Style Coaching that included Colour/Style/Personality basics, Wardrobe Blitz & Personal Shopping. With a BA (Hons) in Fashion Design from London College of Fashion, UK, work in fashion design for Esprit, Germany and as a fashion stylist and personal shopping manager at Topshop/Topman I had the expertise & experience to do this. I styled a plethora of male and female celebrities from music, film, fashion, TV and entertainment from the UK, Europe and USA as well as regular men & women of all ages, shapes, sizes & cultures.

However I truly believe that you are NEVER FULLY DRESSED WITHOUT A SMILE and that real confidence comes from within. In light of this there is only one servce I still offer:

Positive Body
You only have one body so it makes sense to make peace with it. Our bodies are in a constant state of flux so we need to create an optimum relationship with our physical selves. I can help you achieve balance between acceptance and change, internal experience and external appearance.
I use positive interventions that include strengths, optimistic thinking, gratitude, 5 ways of well-being, physical exercise and self-esteem styling. I'll show you how loving your body & yourself is an ongoing project rather than a finite goal.
The result is a body you respect, honour and are proud of now and forever, I ♡ ME.
